Your team’s work.
Access with intention.

A practical overview of the controls behind CamBoard: how people enter a workspace, who can access a project, and where attachments live.

A workspace for the people
who belong in it.

CamBoard uses authenticated workspaces and role-based access. Workspace membership, project permissions, and user groups help organize access to your team’s work.

01

Authenticated workspaces

Access to the product requires sign-in and workspace membership. One email can belong to more than one workspace.

02

Roles and project permissions

Admin and Member roles, project access, and user groups support how you organize your team. Access is enforced by the server.

03

Private issue attachments

Issue files are stored separately from the public website. Authorized uploads and downloads use short-lived URLs.

04

Hosted on AWS

CamBoard uses AWS hosting for its application and data services. The marketing website and authenticated product are separate destinations.

Make room for your questions.

If your team has specific security, privacy, data retention, or procurement requirements, contact the CamBoard team. Requirements and terms should be agreed before onboarding.

Discuss your requirements
