1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern use of CamBoard, provided by Cambiante Technologies Pvt Ltd, at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. “We” and “us” refer to that operator; “you” refers to the person using CamBoard and, where you are authorized to act for an organization, that organization. Contact contact-us@cam-board.com with questions.

By selecting the agreement checkbox and creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so. CamBoard is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate account information, verify your email address, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts or misrepresent another person or organization. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account.

Personal and work email addresses are supported. You may create or join multiple workspaces, subject to the service's controls and any applicable workspace policy. Workspace administrators manage membership and project access. Invitations require acceptance by the invited account; sharing an email domain does not automatically authorize access.

An administrator who proves control of a company domain may restrict creation of additional workspaces by existing active members using that exact verified work-email domain. These controls also apply to administrators covered by the policy. They do not give an administrator ownership of unrelated accounts or workspaces.

3. Permitted use

Use CamBoard for lawful project and team collaboration. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; send unsolicited or deceptive invitations; harass people; attempt unauthorized access; evade workspace permissions or rate controls; or disrupt the service. Do not use it for illegal activity.

Only invite people with a legitimate connection to your workspace. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to provide information about colleagues or other people. Do not store passwords, payment-card credentials, or other secrets in issues or attachments. Contact us before using the service for information that requires special contractual, security, or regulatory arrangements.

4. Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us the permission necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to operate and support CamBoard and follow authorized instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize its sale for advertising.

CamBoard's software, design, branding, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it. You may provide feedback voluntarily without including confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

5. Privacy and team responsibilities

Our Privacy Notice explains account information, workspace content, providers, retention, and request handling. Workspace administrators are responsible for choosing appropriate access and following their organization's obligations toward members and other people whose information they add.

A workspace administrator's instructions apply to that workspace. Contact us before onboarding if you need a separate data-processing agreement, agreed retention schedule, residency commitment, or specific service assurance. These Terms do not themselves promise a certification or a custom compliance arrangement.

6. Pricing and service changes

Pricing and commercial plans are still being finalized. Registering an account does not authorize an unspecified charge. Any paid plan, fee, payment schedule, renewal, or cancellation arrangement must be presented and agreed before we charge you. No permanent free plan or particular trial duration is promised by these Terms.

We may maintain and update CamBoard and adjust features or technical limits. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting use when practicable, except where urgent security, legal, or operational needs require immediate action. If a separately agreed order or contract applies, its specific commercial commitments govern the matters it covers.

7. Availability and support

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but interruptions, delayed messages, and errors can occur. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific response time, or a service-level credit. Contact contact-us@cam-board.com for support.

Use available exports and appropriate independent records for information important to your organization. CamBoard should not be your only channel for urgent or safety-critical communication. These statements do not exclude any warranty, duty, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Suspension, ending use, and data

You may stop using CamBoard and contact us to request account or workspace closure. Workspace administrators may remove access within their authority. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, a security or misuse risk, a legal requirement, or a separately agreed payment obligation. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Account and workspace deletion is handled through support and requires verification of the requester and their authority. Ending membership does not automatically delete shared project history. Retention, the issue trash period, provider copies, and backup limitations are described in the Privacy Notice. Where lawful and practicable, we will help an authorized workspace administrator arrange available exports before closing a workspace.

9. Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its acts and obligations under applicable law. Neither these Terms nor the service's availability statements exclude liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable laws of Rajasthan, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact contact-us@cam-board.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use the courts or other remedies available under applicable law; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will publish the revised version and effective date and provide notice of material changes through an appropriate channel. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it; continued use does not override a legal requirement for specific consent.
